RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise may be returned or exchanged in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Please see below for proper timelines:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for a full refund back to your original payment method. After 14 days, store credit will be issued for all returns. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit. Store credit does not expire, unless otherwise indicated.
*Sale items are exchangeable for another item or store credit. Final sale items listed within online sample sale in addition to any items noted final sale are not exchangeable.
When exchanging an item, please ship us the original merchandise in unworn condition. After we receive back the original merchandise, we will then ship the new merchandise to your address on file.
*To start a return or exchange simply email us at email@example.com with subject line: Return or Exchange. Please do not mail back your return without receiving an email response with proper return address instructions.
Note: Return shipping charges are non-refundable. For all refunds, please allow your bank processing time.
USA: We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75. Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail & include tracking information.
Priority Mail is available for $12 and arrives within 1-3 business days. Overnight Express Mail is also available for $24 and will arrive within 1 business day after leaving our office. *Please allow an additional 2-3 days processing time to your order.
International: We offer a flat rate of $23.95. Orders include tracking information and arrive within 6-10 business days after leaving our office.
