SOUTHAMPTON SUMMER
Summer is the season to see and be seen in Southampton. New York locals trade in the concrete jungle for white sand, scenic sunsets and lavish pool parties. A recent trip "out east" was an adventurous weekend rendezvous for myself and my girlfriends. We started our visit in the small town of Hampton Bays; exploring local beaches, shopping at mom & pop boutiques and working up a healthy appetite. We stumbled across a beautiful bay-front eatery named "Cowfish," complete with water views, outside patio seating, white linens and a gourmet lunch menu worth waiting for.
